

PLANTATION RUM 2007 Jamaica MSP is the following from the collection "under The Sea" of the house Ferrand. This rum was raised for 13 years in Jamaica and distilled at the famous Clarendon distillery. He then finished aging in France for 2 years in cognac barrels. It is a rum without added sugar, it has an ester rate of 102 gr/Hl of pure alcohol.
Nose: Rich with notes of banana and vanilla with a touch of apricot and pepper, then orange peel, ginger and tar.
Taste: Fruity and pastry with vanilla, custard, cooked apple.
Final: Coconut milk, spices, vanilla, banana.
The rums in the Plantation range come from the best distilleries in the Caribbean (Barbados, Grenada, Guyana, Jamaica, Nicaragua, Panama or Trinidad). The Plantation rums collection is divided into two distinct categories : blends and vintages. The blends are combinations and mixes refined by the Maison Ferrand cellar master. The vintages, which taste different from one vintage to another, come directly from the barrel and are available in limited quantities.
