Savanna is a French distillery located on the island of Reunion and founded by Emile Hugot. The distillery produces different rums: traditional, agricultural, light, big aroma, matured and old. Savanna is known for crafting extraordinarily fruity rums. In 2020, Savanna employs 30 people and can produce 300 hectolitres of rum per day. It operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week during the sugar campaign which runs from July to November.
