Barbancourt
BARBANCOURT
Barbancourt is a Haitian agricultural rum distillery founded by a Bordeaux wine merchant who settled in Saint-Domingue in the 18th century. He began producing rum using the double distillation method typically reserved for cognac. The distillery moved locations several times before finally being established on a 600-hectare estate. Today, it stands as one of Haiti's leading brands—a success built on centuries of experimentation, placing it among the world’s finest rums.
