Established in 2016 by Keiichi Toita, Akkeshi is the second distillery built on the island of Hokkaido in northern Japan. It is renowned for its high-quality whiskies, inspired by the natural environment and local traditions. Founded on craftsmanship excellence and the prudent use of local resources, Akkeshi is famous for its innovative "24 Seasons" series, which captures the subtle nuances of Japanese seasons through distinctive whiskies cherished worldwide.
