SAINT-JAMES

The Saint James distillery produces agricultural rums from pure cane sugar juice from its own plantations. Saint James rums are the result of ancestral Martinican know-how since 1765. The quality is recognised worldwide and regularly awarded. Perpetuating the traditional methods of distillation and aging, the rums offer a quality recognised throughout the world and benefit from the A.O.C Martinique distinction, a guarantee of authenticity. Respectful of its island, the distillery integrates sustainable development into each stage of the production of its rums with the aim of displaying a neutral carbon footprint. Sugar cane is recycled into fuel, the proximity of plantations reduces transport, and the practice of sustainable agriculture preserves crops.
