Founded in 2019, Melifera is a premium French gin brand born from a passion for the French coastline and its unique botanical heritage. Inspired by the unmistakable scent of immortelle (Helichrysum italicum), a flower that grows naturally along the Atlantic dunes, Melifera captures the essence of sun-drenched shores, sea breezes, and wild landscapes in every bottle.

The name Melifera pays tribute to Apis mellifera mellifera, the European black honey bee, symbolizing biodiversity and the brand's commitment to preserving nature. Sustainability lies at the heart of the project, from organically grown botanicals to environmentally conscious production methods.

Distilled in Charente-Maritime, France, Melifera Gin is crafted using carefully selected organic ingredients. Its signature immortelle flowers are cultivated on the brand's own gardens on the Île d'Oléron, hand-harvested, and distilled to reveal their delicate floral, herbal, and slightly spicy character.
