A1710 La Perle Rare Rouge BIO - Vintage 2021 54,2%
This second edition of the vintage La Perle Rare Rouge is above all an organic rum, a single variety, from their own orangic sugar cane plot.
It is made from a type red cane which has exceptional aromatic intensity. The cane comes from a single plot located in the heart of the Simon Habitation. This white rum is very rich, with an aroma of pomegranate, evoked by this particular variety of red cane.
Nose : A floral note of rose evolves into aromas of pomegranate.
Palate : Rich and fruity with notes of pomegranate and an astonishing aromatic complexity.
Finish : Very nice length, floral.
A1710 is a relatively new distillery on the island of Martinique in the commune of François. In 2010, Yves Assier de Pompignan, encouraged by his father (founder of the Technical Center for Cane and Sugar, Martinique), embarked on the construction of a white rum distillery. What drives the A1710 distillery is the search for authenticity. They remain faithful to Martinique’s sugar and rum history, by highlighting all the nobility of manual labour.
In 2016, A1710 rums obtained their ECOCERT certificate.
Always in search of new innovations, the A1710 distillery presents a new vintage, A1710 La Perle Rare Rouge BIO. Made from their organic cane plot, this rich and complex white rum is characterized by its strong freshness.
