The cuvée La Favorite Bel'air 2020 comes from sugar canes my varietal, red canes planted only on four hectares on the plot Bel'Air as the river nearby. Always as complex, this white rum with floral and spicy accents enchants us again. Each bottle is numbered and waxed in limited edition.
Nose: Ripe cane and exotic fruits
Taste: Round, fresh cane and pepper.
Final: Spicy and Floral.
THE BRAND
The Habitation La Favorite was founded in 1842 as a sugar production site. In 1905, the estate was bought by the Dormoy family, and today the third generation perpetuates this beautiful family adventure. The Favorite is today one of the few independent distilleries present in the West Indies.
