THE BRAND
French Polynesia is a real invitation to travel the senses. A paradise of flowers and plants, Manutea tahiti was born in 1984 and then makes brandy of pineapple, ginger and orange. It is at the Pari Pari estate that the newly hand-cut cane is ground the same day before it is put into fermentation. The resulting vesou is loaded onto the schooners to reach the Manutea distillery. A passage in the copper still allows to extract fine and elegant aromas of mint, liquorice and pear. this traditional production demands constant attention. Past the stage of rest and slow reduction, the authenticity of exceptional flavors is preserved. Pure water from Mount Rotui is part of the composition of Manutea agricultural rum giving it flexibility and lightness.
