Zetwal, or star in Creole, evokes the navigational landmarks of sailors, at the time when rum was transported by boat, and is also a nod to the emblem of the Neisson distillery.

In its breathtaking crystal carafe, Zetwal, an exceptional jewel of the Armada collection by Neisson, is the result of a blend of rums distilled between 2000 and 2013. this vintage offers a flamboyant and refined brilliance, imbued with the unique character distilled in the column Savalle Creole from 1952.

Of particular elegance, its aromatic and taste palette keeps the focus on fruity and gourmet aromas.

A tasting of Zetwal transports the connoisseur into a moment of wonder, the stars shining in their eyes.

Nose: Fine and fresh, revealing an apricot and peppery sequence from the first scents. Allowed to breathe, the aromatic palette is enriched with exotic notes (banana, guava), candied ginger, and captivating accents of geranium flower, old rose, as well as red fruits (redcurrant, raspberry).

Palate: Lively and distinguished, the liquorice and honeyed (lavender) attack quickly evolves towards a lemony expression (orange, grapefruit). The mid-palate, coated with a film of salted butter caramel, offers an experience where warm cane sugar is savored with delight.

Finish: Long and balanced, the sunny start to the finish reveals fibrous nuances of sugar cane. Candied apricots, quince jelly, mango coulis and flambéed bananas characterize a delicate aftertaste, enhanced by a suave and powdery touch.
