FAVORITE Plaisance is a single-varietal white agricole rum from the Plaisance plot, located in Lamentin within the La Favorite distillery in Martinique. Planted with Canne Bleue and Canne Rouge, this harvest from July 2023 introduces a new aromatic profile to the brand, allowing a comparison between two varieties from the same plot. This rum reveals remarkable vegetal and fresh sugarcane notes on the nose, while exquisite floral and fruity notes intertwine on the palate in sublime harmony.

THE BRAND
La Favorite was founded in 1842, as a sugar production site. In 1905, the estate was bought by the Dormoy family, and today, the third generation continue this great family adventure. La Favorite is today one of the few independent distilleries present in the West Indies.
