Nose: notes of cooked bananas on a bed of vanilla and caramel.
Mouth: delicious, reveals notes of sweet spices. The predominant vanilla takes on a subtly toasted, toasted hue.

The Habitation La Favorite was founded in 1842, which was a sugar production site. In 1905, the estate was bought by the Dormoy family, and today, the third generation continues this great family adventure. La Favorite is now one of the few independent distilleries present in the West Indies.
