Carnival Jamaican Rum is the result of a new collaboration between Old Brothers and Joey Starr. It is a blend of barrels selected from the famous Jamaican distilleries Long Pond and Clarendon. Resulting from the fermentation of molasses and distilled in a double retort pot still, this sunny juice is composed of rum aged for 3 to 5 years in ex-bourbon barrels. It has aged entirely in the tropics. This cuvée is perfect for discovering Jamaican know-how and British tradition.
Nose: Very ripe exotic fruit, varnish, nutmeg, cinnamon, very pastry. Blocked :
Palate: Compote of very ripe exotic fruits, immediately structured by the maritime side, olive brine, tapenade. The delicate pastry notes blend perfectly with nutmeg and cinnamon. A very subtle veil of smoke matches the delicacy of American oak.
Finish: Long and persistent, marked by spicy and peppery notes, reflecting the power and character of this rum.
