La Favorite Bel'Air 2021 vintage is the 6th edition of this single-varietal agricultural rum. It comes from red sugar cane planted on four hectares on the Bel'Air plot and whose full deliciousness is revealed in this rum signed La Favorite.
As complex as ever, this white rum with floral and spicy accents delights us once again. Each bottle is numbered and waxed in a limited edition.
Nose: Intense notes of ripe canes complemented by exotic fruits.
Mouth: Notes of sweet pepper accompany the fresh cane.
Finish: Spicy and floral.
THE BRAND
La Favorite was founded in 1842, which was a sugar production site. In 1905, the estate was bought by the Dormoy family, and today, the third generation continues this wonderful family adventure. La Favorite is today one of the rare independent distilleries present in the Antilles.
