GLENROTHES

The Glenrothes Distillery has been producing some of Speyside's finest single malt since 1879. The Glenrothes is one of the few distilleries in Scotland to have its own water sources for production, processing and reduction of spirits located on the estate. This distillery opts for a slow distillation which eliminates more impurities and allows the production of a lighter and fruitier alcohol, more delicate overall. The majority of Glenrothes are aged in rigorously selected, sherry-dried oak casks near Jerez in Spain.
