THE BRAND
The Michard brewery has existed since 1987. The family is one of the precursors of microbreweries in France, it was logical a few years ago for a distillery to be installed within the production chain. The use of a strain of live yeast contributes to giving a must with an inimitable taste before distillation, associated with particular know-how. Jean Michard, and now Julie Michard officiates in this wonderful company. Installed as they say at the superb factory building in Limoges where you can watch beer brewing techniques while nibbling brotmeisters, you can admire the whiskey still, and the ultra modern brewing of the corresponding beer This is the famous German purity law.
