Ernest Single Grain is a whisky crafted from a blend of several grains, primarily corn, complemented by wheat and malted barley. Distilled at the Chevanceaux distillery, it is made from 100% French grains. Aged for at least three years in American oak casks, new barrels, roux casks, and ex-Bourbon casks, it develops its full aromatic richness.
