Trois Rivières Triple Millésime is a very old agricultural rum that embodies the know-how and pioneering spirit of the Cellar Master. Developed according to the strict rules of the AOC Martinique, it is illustrated by the softness of its structure and by the aromatic richness and its smoothness in the mouth.
Nose: Powerful, rich with delicious aromas of gingerbread and ripe fruit, then fine aromas of rose petals.
Palate: Powerful, gourmet and perfectly structured, the palate seduces with its flavors of spices which are subtly declined on accents of dried fruits.
Finish: Long and powerful with notes of gingerbread, enhanced by a pleasant mineral and peppery signature typical of rums from this noble terroir.
THE BRAND
Trois Rivières is a rum brand born 3 centuries ago, located in Martinique and highlighting all the richness of its terroir through very high quality AOC agricultural rums. Daniel Baudin, the cellar master in charge of blending and aging was awarded the title of best cellar master in the world in 2019. The emblematic name of the plantation comes from the three rivers bordering its hectares of cane fields: Oman, Bois d'Inde and Saint-Pierre.
