Clément 15-year-old is an aged rum that has spent a year in Limousin oak barrels, then to continue its maturity for 14 years in 200L ex-bourbon barrels as close to the wood as possible. We find a mature rum, perfectly balanced in the very expression of its fruit, its wood, its spices. It is a true reference of Martinican rums.

Nose : Rich with marked woody notes, roasted, fruity notes, cigar box tobacco, liquorice, chocolate, a pleasant complexity.
Palate : Concentration of aromas with always a strong presence of woodiness, cooked fruits, chocolate, leather notes.
Finish : Long, spicy, peppery.
Located in the heart of sugar cane plantations, Habitation Clément is located on the Acajou estate in Martinique since 1887. It was not until 1940 that they put their name to rum. In 1986, the family business was bought by the Bernard Hayot group and changed the direction. A true institution in Martinique, the Clément brand has managed to preserve its production traditions and the tropical aging of its rums makes it a well known in the industry and gives rise to true rum gems.
