YELLOW SPOT 12 Years Old Single Pot Still 46%
Produced using traditional Irish methods, such as triple distillation, unmalted barley, and pot still distillation, this Yellow Spot is aged in three distinct cask types: Bourbon, sherry, and Malaga. This aging imparts complex tasting qualities to this Single Pot Still, with spicy and woody notes.
This legendary Irish whiskey is spoken of with discretion and respect. Its name, Yellow Spot, comes from the unique marking system used by the Mitchell family, who painted their casks with colored paint to identify them.

YELLOW SPOT
Yellow Spot is an iconic Irish whisky brand created by the Mitchell & Son family, a family business founded in Dublin in 1805. The brand was established in the early 20th century when the Mitchell family began purchasing high-quality whisky casks and marking them with a yellow spot to indicate that they were intended for extended aging. This marking system gave the brand its name.
Yellow Spot is produced by the Midleton distillery, one of the most renowned distilleries in Ireland.
