The palate, both lively and oily, develops a beautiful tension between delicate peat, honey, toasted bread, and stone fruits. The finish is long and persistent, stretching into menthol, vanilla, and exotic notes, with a distinctly Parisian elegance.
Limited to 2,484 bottles, this edition pays tribute to Paris’s most famous avenue: Les Champs-Élysées, a symbol of prestige and balance – much like this exceptional 50.5% ABV whisky.

CHICHIBU
Chichibu is a Japanese distillery founded in 2008 by Ichiro Akuto in the mountainous region of Saitama, near Tokyo. Although young, the distillery quickly established itself as one of the best in Japan, thanks to Ichiro’s vision, a passion for the art of distillation, and a desire to produce exceptional whisky. Chichibu stands out for its use of pure water from nearby mountains and artisanal methods, including aging in oak casks, sometimes imported from Scotland, as well as wine and sherry casks. The distillery embodies both innovation and Japanese tradition in the world of whisky.
