Hautefeuille aims to showcase the Picardy terroir through its "ESQUISSE" series. Each edition comes from the same family-owned barley field. The Hautefeuille distillery was established in 2016, set in the midst of a family property surrounded by fertile land, and is currently led by Etienne d’Hautefeuille (trained as an engineer). The single malts offered are smooth and rounded whiskies, featuring generous flavors of candied fruits, almonds, and grains. Limited edition of around 2000 bottles.
