CLAIRIN Casimir Batch 10 49.2%

€50.90

Produced from the 2022 harvest, CLAIRIN Casimir Batch 10 49.2% is crafted in Barradères, Haiti, by Faubert Casimir, who continues the family tradition established by his father Duncan in 1979. The distillery cultivates around 50 hectares of indigenous red and white Hawaii sugar cane, a non-hybrid variety harvested by hand only when fully ripe.

Made exclusively from freshly pressed sugar cane juice, this authentic Haitian clairin undergoes a long natural fermentation lasting between six and eight days. Wild yeasts drive the process, while local botanicals such as lemongrass, wild anise and, in selected batches, fresh ginger are incorporated during fermentation, creating the spirit's distinctive aromatic signature.
