SEQUOIA Signature is a single malt whisky crafted in France. This whisky combines elegance, complexity, and richness, and is distilled at a low temperature. It undergoes a double distillation using two stills, "Belle" and "Nautilus." The first distillation in the Nautilus still produces a 25% alcohol distillate by boiling at 50°C. The second distillation in a Charentais still purifies the final distillate. This method gives SEQUOIA whiskies their floral and fruity aromatic signature. The entire production, from mashing and distillation to maturation and bottling, is done artisanally. This non-chill-filtered whisky retains its natural color. The name "Sequoia" reflects the still's location at the foot of a centuries-old sequoia tree.
Nose: Lightly salty notes accompany fresh malt accents, acacia flowers, and spices (grey pepper, mild chili).
Palate: A vibrant minerality that captures the essence of the Vercors terroir.
