Made from 100% Finnish malted rye, Kyrö Malt is a whiskey that proudly breaks with convention. Distilled in a double pot still and aged in a blend of new American oak barrels and used bourbon barrels, it has a peppery intensity balanced by sweet notes of caramel and vanilla.
Perfect enjoyed as is, as a whiskey sour, or as desired.
Nose: Aromas of dried fruits, vanilla, caramel, and rye.
Palate: Rye bread, honey, and wild berries.
Finish: Spicy with hints of mocha and caramel.
