Matured primarily in ex-bourbon casks, it is enhanced by a finishing period in rare Palo Cortado sherry casks. Uncommon in the whisky world, this type of cask brings additional depth and refinement while preserving the naturally fruity character of the spirit. The result is a harmonious combination of creamy vanilla sweetness, ripe orchard fruits and subtle layers of dried fruit and spice.
