Nose: A smoky, intense opening note balanced with ripe fruit then deep marzipan notes become the focus combined with layered maritime notes.
Palate: Peppery and spicy, fruity notes of apricot and lemon are felt.

THE BRAND
KILCHOMAN was founded by Anthony Wills in June 2005. For more than 124 years a new distillery had not seen the light of day on the island of Islay on the west coast of Scotland. Supplied by the Port Ellen malting plant, it now makes it a point of honor to bring around 20% of the barley grown on its own land. Undoubtedly one of the smallest distilleries on the island, but already endowed with a prestigious maturity.
