On the palate, this expression captivates with its balance and vibrancy. Aged mainly in bourbon casks, it opens with bright notes of yellow fruits before revealing a subtle tang of red fruits. A refined and delicate aromatic evolution that unveils the full richness of Chichibu glass after glass.ngle malt is made from 100% ground malted barley, a traditional process that highlights Chichibu's artisanal know-how, implemented for the first time in 2008.

CHICHIBU
Chichibu is a Japanese distillery founded in 2008 by Ichiro Akuto in the mountainous region of Saitama, near Tokyo. Although young, the distillery quickly established itself as one of the best in Japan, thanks to Ichiro’s vision, a passion for the art of distillation, and a desire to produce exceptional whisky. Chichibu stands out for its use of pure water from nearby mountains and artisanal methods, including aging in oak casks, sometimes imported from Scotland, as well as wine and sherry casks. The distillery embodies both innovation and Japanese tradition in the world of whisky.
