Highland Park vintage 1990
Highland Park vintage 1990 is a blend of 34 barrels filled in 1990 and aged in sherry hogshead barrels. The excellence of the know-how of master blender Gordon Motion brings its full meaning to this exceptional whisky. After these long aging processes, the master blender carefully selected 5 extraordinary barrels to produce this extraordinary whiskey. With its remarkable aromatic palette from grapefruit to nutmeg, vanilla and toasted coconut, it offers a memorable taste experience. The container of this whiskey is no less exceptional, a work of art in opague black glass decorated with a silver talisman all in an oak chest. The master blender slipped a certificate of authenticity signed by his hand inside.

HIGHLAND PARK
The Highland Park distillery is quite unique, placing great importance on both the people and the peat used in the production of its whiskies. For over 220 years, Highland Park has been drying its barley over peat that is over 4000 years old, cut from Hobbister Moor. The malted barley used is produced on its own estate, on heather-covered land. The whiskies were traditionally aged in Scottish oak casks, although fortunately, they had to abandon this technique as the casks were far too resinous. Highland Park whisky is shaped by the wild, harsh climate and the turbulent sea surrounding the Orkney Islands. Highland Park whisky is truly a concentrate of history.
