Born in the heart of the Clos Godinot parcel, nestled on the slopes above Le Carbet at an altitude of 245 metres, this Martinique AOC Agricole Rum faithfully expresses the unique character of its terroir. The sugar cane thrives on a steep 35° hillside, benefiting from significant day-to-night temperature variations that encourage exceptional aromatic concentration.

Crafted from fresh sugar cane juice, fermented for 119 hours and then column distilled, this rum is bottled at 52.5% ABV. It stands out for its remarkable aromatic intensity, impressive complexity, and generous fruity notes, all supported by a vibrant freshness.

Presented in an elegant deep-blue bottle adorned with an exclusive artwork by renowned street artist Cyril Kongo, this single-parcel rum combines craftsmanship, authenticity, and contemporary creativity. A distinctive release that perfectly embodies the spirit and identity of DEKOLAJ.

NEISSON

Neisson, the smallest independent distillery in Martinique, was created in the commune of Carbet by the Neisson brothers in 1931 , Adrien and Jean, who each have very specific tasks. Adrien was thus in charge of the farm, and his brother Jean, an engineer by training, was given the task of taking care of the processing, and was on the initiative of installing the famous copper distillery column, known as the Savalle column, in 1958. that the Neisson distillery changes hands, and at that time, Claudine Vernant Neisson heiress of this distillery, accompanied by her son, upsets the distillery’s habits, restoring it in 3 years. Success continued to grow, and in 2013, the two innovators decided to produce organic agricultural rums in perfect harmony with the surrounding ecosystem.
