Amrut Two continents 4th Edition 46%
Amrut Two Continents whiskey is a Single Malt that invites you to travel. Made from barley grown in the plains of the Himalayas, its journey continues further south at the distillery located in Bangalore where the brewing and distillation take place. The aging in a warehouse at an altitude of more than 1000m, combined with the tropical climate gives a share of angels above 10%.
Nose: Fruity and floral covered with a light veil of salted butter caramel.
Palate: Unctuous, fruity and floral with magnificent notes of tropical fruits followed by flavors of honey and orange.
Final: Flavors of honey enveloped by floral aromas and accompanied by a delicate touch of mint.
THE BRAND
Produced almost exclusively from barley grown in the fertile plains at the foot of the Himalayas, and not chill-filtered, Amrut is similar to the great Scotch whiskeys of Speyside with fruity, chocolate and spicy notes typical of aging in ex- bourbon casks. With undeniable success, the distillery offers small cuvées at natural strength grading more than 60% to further highlight the finesse and unique character of this single malt.
