SPRINGBANK
The distillery is now managed by Hedley G. Wright, the grandson of the Mitchells, representing the 5th generation of the family. Springbank, established in 1828 in Campbeltown (the whisky capital of the world), produces a unique whisky using lightly peated barley, distilled two and a half times. All stages of whisky production at Springbank take place on-site, from malting to distillation to bottling.
