Its finishing in a Pedro Ximénez Medium cask from the prestigious Ximénez Spínola house in Jerez brings remarkable aromatic richness and complexity, worthy of the finest Sherry wines.
Crafted from French malted barley, carefully selected and brewed on site, this whisky is the result of a double distillation in traditional copper stills.
After an initial ageing in refilled casks starting in July 2020, it underwent a finishing period in May 2023 in PX Medium cask no. 6138, meticulously chosen by our Whisky Maker.
Bottled in September 2025, this exclusive Single Cask, limited to 350 numbered bottles, charms with its balance between freshness and complexity, expressing the full mastery and elegance of Pointe Blanche’s savoir-faire.
