- New
Distilled in 2016 and aged for 8 years, this single malt from the iconic Edradour distillery has rested in a former Hampden rum cask, bringing an exotic and captivating touch to its typically rich and indulgent Highland profile. Bottled at 48.2%, this limited edition perfectly illustrates the alliance between Edradour’s malty sweetness and the aromatic power of Jamaican rum.
Under the guidance of Andrew Symington, this bold meeting of two distinct worlds reveals remarkable balance. The nose, led by the generosity of the rum, gives way to a palate where malted barley gradually takes the lead, offering a subtle harmony of intensity, complexity, and smoothness.

Nose: Rich and expressive, dominated by notes of Jamaican rum – ripe tropical fruits, molasses, and vanilla, lifted by a touch of wood and spice.
Palate: Full and silky, combining the malt’s natural sweetness with flavors of candied fruit, caramel, and gentle spices. The rum adds an exotic, warming dimension.
Finish: Long and harmonious, marked by a return of oak, a hint of brown sugar, and a lingering fruity note.
