Whisky KILCHOMAN Sanaig Cask Strenght 57.8%
Kilchoman Sanaig Cask Strength 57.8% is an exceptional single malt from the Isle of Islay, renowned for its peaty and powerful whiskies. This undiluted version preserves a richness of intense flavors and a high alcohol concentration. It stands out with its pronounced peat smoke aromas, typical of the island, which blend perfectly with fruity notes of pear and apricot, as well as spicy hints of black pepper and cinnamon. The aging in bourbon and sherry casks also imparts nuances of dark chocolate and caramel, adding further complexity to this already rich and powerful whisky.

KILCHOMAN
KILCHOMAN was founded by Anthony Wills in June 2005. For over 124 years, no new distillery had been established on the island of Islay, on the west coast of Scotland. Supplied by the Port Ellen maltings, it now strives to grow around 20% of its barley on its own land. Although it is certainly one of the smallest distilleries on the island, KILCHOMAN already enjoys a prestigious maturity.
