BUSHMILLS
Bushmills is the oldest licensed distillery in the world, dating back to 1608. Located just a short distance from the Northern Irish coast, Bushmills is also a village where friends, neighbors, and families work at the distillery. With a triple distillation of barley, Bushmills ages its whiskies in a wide variety of casks from different origins, while maintaining the Irish character of the whiskey. The water is drawn from the nearby Bush River. As the Master Distiller notes, "We are not good because we are old; we are old because we are good." Thus, it is clear that Bushmills is an integral part of the global spirits landscape.
