WHITLAW 10 ans 2013 - PX & Oloroso Signatory Vintage
Whitlaw 10 years old 2013 refers to the Highland Park Distillery in the Orkney Islands, which uses its own peat from the nearby Hobbister Moor hills to dry the malted barley on-site. Distilled in 2013 and aged for 10 years in Pedro Ximenez and Olorosso casks, this bottling was done at 46%. It features a rich and round profile, with notes of caramel, candied chestnuts, and polished wood. Whiskies from this range are bottled in small batches, without coloring and cold-filtered, truly reflecting the distillery's style and offering accessible flavor profiles, making it ideal for discovering Scottish distilleries through Signatory Vintage.
