WATERFORD Single Farm Origin Hook Head Edition 1.1 50%
Waterford Hook Head Edition 1.1 is characterised by the expression of the terroir, using 100% Irish barley. For this Waterford Heak Edition 1.1 version, barley grown and harvested in 2015 by Martin Foley on the tip of Hook Head in the far south of County Wexford was chosen. With clay and loam soils and the sea air, it reveals very beautiful spicy and mineral malty notes.
With such precise work, the result is a single malt that is very expressive of the terroir and still exceptional.
