Domaine Tariquet offers a Bas-Armagnac XO of remarkable richness, aged for a minimum of 10 years in oak barrels to qualify for this designation. This blend of 60% Ugni Blanc and 40% Baco features eaux-de-vie with an average of 15 years of barrel aging.
Elegant and full-bodied, this Hors d’Âge (XO) is best enjoyed at room temperature, either after a meal or in the late afternoon for a moment of relaxation. Its amber color and expressive nose of dried fruits, combined with hints of dried flowers, reveal subtle notes of coconut. On the palate, the attack is smooth and honeyed, with flavors of prune and almond leading to a finish marked by delicate leather nuances.
An exceptional Bas-Armagnac, perfect to savor neat as a digestif or paired with indulgent desserts. Cigar enthusiasts will also enjoy it alongside a fine Havana.
