Crafted from fresh sugar cane juice sourced from four indigenous Indian sugar cane varieties, this expression faithfully reflects the character of the Kumaon region. The cane is naturally fermented for approximately 80 hours before being distilled exclusively in a 1,000-litre Hagyo pot still, preserving the full aromatic richness of the raw material.
