- New
Part of the Cask Finish Collection, this agricole rum crafted by the Clément distillery was initially aged for four years in American oak barrels that previously held bourbon. It was then carefully finished for an additional year in former Japanese Masamune sake casks. Overseen by cellar master Julien Thimon alongside the tasting committee, this process reflects a constant pursuit of aromatic richness and depth.
A rare release limited to just 289 bottles, this Single Cask cask-strength edition stands out for its intensity and distinctive character. The influence of the sake casks brings a subtle cereal-driven nuance, enhancing the traditional Martinique profile with delicately refined Japanese-inspired notes. A sophisticated cuvée that elegantly embodies the renewal of agricole rum.

Finish: Lingering and well-balanced, the finish delicately echoes the subtle accents of rice.
Located in the heart of sugar cane plantations, Habitation Clément is located on the Acajou estate in Martinique since 1887. It was not until 1940 that they put their name to rum. In 1986, the family business was bought by the Bernard Hayot group and changed the direction. A true institution in Martinique, the Clément brand has managed to preserve its production traditions and the tropical aging of its rums makes it a well known in the industry and gives rise to true rum gems.
