PAPALIN 5-Year-Old Jamaica High Ester Overproof 57%
Papalin 5-Year-Old Jamaica High Ester Overproof is an exceptional rum, aged for 5 years in Jamaica, embodying the intensity and richness of "high ester" rums with an increased strength of 57%. The blend highlights typical fermentative aromas and reveals deep, complex flavors, offering a tasting experience that is both powerful and refined.
Just like the version bottled at 47%, this Papalin Overproof is the result of blending three distinct Jamaican rums: a Worthy Park WPL with an ester level between 60 and 120 gr/HLAP at distillation, a Long Pond STCE with an ester level between 550 and 700 gr/HLAP after distillation, and an Hampden C<>H with exceptional intensity, displaying an ester level between 1300 and 1400 gr/HLAP from the still.
