WATERFORD Single Farm Origin - Bannow Island Edition 1.2 50%

€78.00 VAT included

Waterford Bannow Island Edition 1.2 is the expression of a terroir, with the use of 100% Irish barley. Here is the second limited edition, distilled from barley grown on the Bannow Island farm managed by Ed Harpur. It has all the complexity of barley from this region in the far south of County Wexford, with sandy soils swept by the Atlantic winds.

This 100% Irish Single Malt is rounder than the 1.1 edition, due to the use of natural sweet wine barrels, which brings more sweetness and smoothness to this very beautiful edition.

Waterford is the reflection of a philosophy of the famous Mark Reynier without concession of a single malt distilled in 2016, bottled at 50% without coloring or cold filtration.
