Nose: Intense aromas of dark chocolate, candied orange and coffee. Spicy notes of cinnamon and clove can also be detected, with a background of oak wood.

Palate: Velvety texture, with flavors of dried fruits, honey, and caramel. Tropical fruit notes, such as mango and pineapple, emerge, accompanied by a slight touch of vanilla.

Finish: Long and warming, with hints of bitter chocolate and ripe fruits. The sweetness lingers, providing a beautiful complexity.

DALMORE

Dalmore, owners the oldest stills in the Highlands, one of them has been in operation since 1874. Different “spirit stills” are used and this unique combination makes it possible for this distillery to obtain a very balanced single malt with incredible complexity. To age their whisky, Dalmore largely uses sherry casks of a wide variety : Oloroso, Amoroso, Mathusalem (from the Gonzales Byass bodega in Andalusia). An exceptional partnership in every way. Once the whisky has reached maturity, the different types of casks are assembled to give birth to one of the expressions of their range, the final product resting for an additional period of four months in order to promote the blend and the harmony of the flavours.
