The nose opens with peat smoke, lemon zest, sea spray and hints of vanilla. On the palate, bold notes of ash, black pepper, grilled malt and citrus unfold alongside the distinctive salty and medicinal character associated with Islay whiskies. The finish is long and warming, with lingering smoke, spice and maritime notes.
