Nose : Woody and delicious at first, the woody aromas dominate with subtle scents of nutmeg. Ripe fruits, typical of sherry, then take over, with notes of stewed figs, Smyrna grapes and black cherries.
Palate : Rich and fruity, caramelized almonds and cinnamon with hints of fruit cake. The juicy character of oranges and tangerines perfectly complements notes of brown sugar, manuka honey and candied apricots, enhanced by a touch of white pepper.
Finish : Creamy and spicy. Dark chocolate, pecans and black fruit compote.
