Nose: Rich and indulgent aromas of blackberry jam, black cherry, ripe plum, and roasted pineapple unfold alongside notes of caramel, vanilla, ginger, and dried fruits. More elegant hints of hazelnut, walnut, and precious wood enhance its depth and complexity.
Palate: The opening is full-bodied, intense, and remarkably controlled despite its 57% ABV. Layers of dark fruits, raspberry, stewed plums, and candied orange emerge with an oily and warming texture. The influence of the port casks brings a beautiful roundness while preserving the dry and precise style characteristic of Foursquare.

The Foursquare Distillery is located on the gentle slopes south of St George's Valley, on the island of Barbados in the West Indies and was established in 1737 by the Seale family. Family-run and traditional, Foursquare is one of the oldest trading houses in Barbados. The Foursquare distillery is now one of the most modern distilleries in the world. It produces rum of a light style in a three column still, and another, more of a more powerful style, in an iron still. They make the best spiced rum in the world, but also white rum, dark rum and old rum. Foursquare rums are among the most sought after by spirits enthusiasts.
