La Favorite Cœur de Canne VO embodies the authenticity of Martinican agricole rum, offering a profile that is both approachable and well-structured. Made from pure sugarcane juice and aged for several years in oak casks, this rum reveals a subtle balance between fresh vegetal notes and refined wood influence.
Produced by one of the last family-owned distilleries in Martinique, it reflects a traditional expertise where every step highlights the richness of the sugarcane. The ageing process brings smoothness and aromatic depth, while preserving the fresh and slightly grassy signature typical of agricole rums.
Approachable yet far from simple, this expression appeals to both newcomers discovering agricole rum and experienced enthusiasts seeking a balanced and expressive spirit.

L'Habitation La Favorite was founded in 1842 and is now one of the last two family-owned and independent distilleries in the Caribbean. In 1905, the estate was acquired by the Dormoy family, who modernized the distillery with the installation of a steam engine, still in use today. The rums from the La Favorite distillery are made from pure sugarcane juice from the estate's plantations. The 60 hectares are entirely hand-harvested, following traditional Martinican methods. Expertise, authenticity, and respect for the environment are the core values of the brand.
