Nose: Lightly fresh and delicate, the aromatic profile reveals citrus, vanilla, and creamy notes (like coconut), before quickly evolving into more vegetal notes (sugar cane), resinous (pine sap), and honeyed (acacia).

Palate: Rich and creamy, this tasting experience is remarkably balanced, evoking at this precise moment a Speyside single malt with herbaceous and fruity notes (pear, plum). It then transports us back to the flavors of Martinique, unveiling hints of fresh cane honey and ripe banana.

Finish: Very long, elegant, and silky, the tasting now adorns itself with slightly aniseed notes while shifting towards exotic flavors (pineapple, coconut) and spicy (ginseng, clove) notes, highlighting candied fruits with spicy undertones.
