It is therefore in the heart of this magical place, where the immense plantations of sugar cane, which surround it, make it possible to develop ageless rums such as this delicious Single Vintage 2007, which will be aged for 12 years in barrels of bourbon and malt whisky, then one in Oloroso sherry casks, only after distillation in a copper still. The 2007 Vintage can be enjoyed on its own at room temperature.
